Change Request Process

Manage your Verizon/Alltel Business Account with online change requests. Here's how it works.

  1. Click on the link for the desired request.
  2. Complete all the fields on the form. Be sure to include any special notes or instructions. Your main Business Account site (these pages) will remain available in your original browser window, should you need to refer to the equipment and services pages.
  3. Once you submit your request, it will be sent to an Verizon/Alltel representative. You will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed.
    PLEASE NOTE:
    Please allow 4-5 business days for processing your request.
  4. If you need to make additional requests, you may access the desired form by clicking on the "Change Requests" navigation button at the top of the page.
  5. When you are done, you may Log Out and close the browser window.

Available Requests

Update or revise the tools, plans and features of your business service.

ESN Change
Move an existing number to different equipment.

Equipment Order/Plan Change
Upgrade and/or accessory purchase. Change the rate plan for one, several or all the lines on your account.

New Service Activation
Set up service and order equipment for new users on your account.

Feature Change
Add or remove features to one, several or all lines on your account.

User Name Change
Change the name associated with a specific line within your account.

Billing Information Change
Change the information for your account, including e-mail address, contact number, contact name and billing address.

Order Cancel Request
Request to change or cancel an order you have already placed.

Porting To Verizon/Alltel
Request to port your service to Alltel.

Porting From Verizon/Alltel
Request to port your service from Verizon/Alltel.

Disconnect
Request to disconnect your service.
